The show combines Southern rock, blues, soul, country, and extended instrumental jams. Country and Americana singer-songwriter Kelsey Waldon joins the Las Vegas date as the opening act.

The concert also takes place at the beginning of NFR week, when Las Vegas has a packed schedule of country concerts and western-themed events.

Marcus King Band Las Vegas Date and Venue

The Marcus King Band performs on Thursday, December 3, 2026, at The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

The venue is located at:

4455 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89169

Doors are scheduled to open at 7:30 PM, with the concert beginning at 8:30 PM.

The Theater is a mid-sized concert venue located just east of the Las Vegas Strip. Its smaller setting provides a closer concert experience than larger venues such as Allegiant Stadium or T-Mobile Arena.

The venue previously operated as The Joint during the Hard Rock Hotel era before becoming part of Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

Who Is Opening for The Marcus King Band?

Kelsey Waldon is the confirmed opening act for the December 3 Las Vegas concert.

Waldon is known for a sound rooted in traditional country and Americana, making her a natural match for Marcus King’s Southern rock and blues influences.

If you want to see her complete set, plan to be inside the theater before the advertised 8:30 PM start time.

Keep in mind that 8:30 PM is the scheduled start of the overall concert. Marcus King will perform after Kelsey Waldon’s opening set, so his exact stage time may be later.

Marcus King Band Las Vegas Tickets

AXS is the primary ticketing platform for the Las Vegas show.

Ticket options may include standard admission, accessible seating, AXS Premium seats, official resale tickets, Quick Pass upgrades, and VIP experiences.

One of the premium options is the Marcus’ VIP Meet & Greet Experience.

It can include a premium reserved or general admission ticket, a meet-and-greet with Marcus King, a personal photo, signed merchandise, exclusive VIP items, early merchandise shopping, and priority entry where available.

Ticket prices can change based on availability and demand, so it is better to check current inventory instead of relying on older fixed prices.

Tour Supports Musicians

The Marcus King Band has partnered with PLUS1 during the tour.

For participating shows, $1 from every ticket sold supports The Curfew Fellowship Fund, which helps musicians dealing with mental health and addiction challenges.

The contribution is connected directly to eligible ticket sales rather than requiring fans to make a separate donation.

Songs Fans May Hear

Marcus King’s live shows usually combine new material with older favorites from both The Marcus King Band and his solo catalog.

“Goodbye Carolina” remains one of his best-known songs and regularly receives a strong response from live audiences.

Other songs that may appear include “Rita Is Gone,” “Homesick,” “Wildflowers & Wine,” “Heartlands,” and “Honky Tonk Hell.”

The current tour also gives plenty of attention to newer Darling Blue material, including “Falling for the Devil,” “Lilac Wine,” “Carolina Honey,” and “Blue Ridge Mountain Moon.”

Marcus King frequently includes covers as well. Recent performances have featured songs such as “Night Moves,” “Can’t You See,” “Ramblin’ Man,” and “Heard It in a Love Song.”

That unpredictability is part of the appeal of seeing the band live.

Getting to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is located on Paradise Road, a short distance east of the Strip.

Rideshare, taxi, and driving are practical transportation options.

Because the concert falls around NFR week, expect heavier traffic than usual around Las Vegas.

Try to arrive well before doors open if you have a General Admission ticket and want a good position near the stage.

Arriving early also gives you time to clear security, visit the merchandise area, and get food or drinks before Kelsey Waldon’s set begins.
